• Plated (seated) Service – add $4.50 per person

• White China Plates, Stainless Flatware, Water/Tea Goblets, Linen Napkins – add $6 per person

• Driving Food Truck and/or Smoker onsite – $199

• Carving Station - $199

* all of our meats and rubs and bbq sauce are gluten free, soy free, MSG free, and dairy free.  That said, please notify and identify anyone in your party with allergies so we can change gloves, knives, cutting boards, etc to avoid cross contamination.
